Return & Exchange Policy

Hassle-free returns within 7 days; specific conditions apply based on products and promotions.

2.

Prepaid order refunds are processed to the original payment method; COD orders receive a refund in the SNITCH wallet.

3.

Issues with defective, incorrect, or damaged products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

4.

Items purchased during special sales with free product offers, like BOGO, are ineligible for returns.

5.

A reverse shipment fee upto Rs 100 can be charged for excessive returns, which will be deducted from the refund.

6.

For hygiene, items such as accessories, sunglasses, perfumes, masks, and innerwear are non-returnable.

FOR SNITCHX MEMBERS

1.

SnitchX members can return or exchange online orders within 30 days. Please note that any points earned or credited on the order will be revoked if the items are returned within this period.

2.

Free gifts can only be exchanged, not returned.

3.

Items purchased together with a free gift are only eligible for exchange, not return, to prevent misuse.

4.

If you redeem points within 8 days before they are credited to your account, the order associated with the redemption will only be eligible for exchange, not return.
